These services include hydroelectric construction, wastewater construction, solar and wind site construction and maintenance, prefabrication and recasting construction, as well as industrial coatings and other infrastructure construction.

OUR COMPANY

Officially established in 2021, our principals’ vast industry experiences go back 15 years and have provided us with a comprehensive understanding of the markets we serve and the ability to effectively manage personnel, projects, and equipment. Over the years, we have developed strategies to actively identify challenges, avoid pitfalls, and overcome obstacles to meet the expectations of our customers.

With a skilled workforce behind us, and an expanding fleet of specialized construction equipment, PHJ has the necessary knowledge and resources to create a solution for even the most complicated projects.

At PHJ Holdings, LLC we are constantly looking for ways to increase efficiency on the job, and within our own organization. We actively strive to remain at the forefront of safety and environmentally-responsible construction, as well as the delivery of punctual and quality work and service.

OUR ROOTS

Will Stock, PHJ’s Managing Partner, has over 15 years of industry experience. When starting this company, he sought to provide high-quality services in the industrial maintenance and heavy industrial construction industries. Will has two sons, Paxton and Henry, with his wife Jessica. His hobbies include cars, fishing, hunting, and skiing.
